Professional Development Workshop
As a dedicated future educator, I have classroom experience working with students of all ages, from preschool through 7th grade.
I take pride in my classroom management skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. I have had the opportunity to attend regular grade-level district meetings, as well as IEP, IRP, and BIT meetings.
I stay up-to-date on the latest teaching techniques and best practices. Lastly, I am not afraid to ask other professionals for help whenever I feel in doubt. I have been blessed by the amount of educators that are willing to help and see my success in the classroom.
Philosophy of Education
I will provide a fair and appropriate education by providing a positive environment for all students, meanwhile respecting their culture and learning abilities. Students can reach a high level of success when they are engaged and allowed the opportunity to enjoy their learning experience. I will make it a priority to involve parents, guardians and other teaching professionals with honesty and distinct expectations.
I believe that every student has potential and it is my job as an educator to provide them with the necessary tools and resources to do so. My teaching style is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of each individual student.
